Today, we signed the paperwork and our house is officially under contract. We are pretty happy about this, but at a bit of a loss since we have no idea where we are going to go.... Closing is February 25. We hope to find something in the meantime. If not, we will rent or do what is needed. We scoured all of the listings pretty thoroughly and nothing screams at us that we need to buy it. We are going to kind of play it by ear for a while and walk through every house in our price range to see what there is....

Congratulations on selling your house. I'm jealous, we're still holding on to ours in Jersey. Sheesh! Good luck finding a house. I'm hoping it won't be too stressful for you.
